CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING, AND WORKSHOP FACILITATION

Awar Water is a strong advocate for capacity building and training. Our Founding Executive Director, Dr. Faraj El-Awar, possesses a wealth of experience in supporting public water agencies, and creating opportunities of professional advancement for water sector staff including youth and women, through knowledge management and dissemination. Our specialized services include:

  • Institutional and individual capacity development, through classroom and on-the-job training and in-team

PROJECT PLANNING AND MONITORING AND EVALUATION (M&E)

Project planning and M&E are vital for the success of all interventions, leading to the ultimate objectives of sustainable proposals, and through the implementation of technical assistance and capacity development activities.

  • We support all stages of project and program planning stages starting with the development of project documents and development and poverty alleviation, in the water sector.
  • We offer our specialized services in terms of the execution of all M&E requirements throughout project and program cycles including mid-term and end-of project evaluations and impact assessments.
